1 Who we are

Overlord AI is a registered fictitious name (dba) of Primus Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). Our business address is 411 W 1st St, Unit #5073, Sanford, FL 32771, United States, and our support email is support@overlordai.co.

You accept these Terms when you create an account, claim Founder Access, start the free trial or buy a plan. If you don't accept them, please don't use Overlord AI.

2 What Overlord AI is

Overlord AI is an AI guide companion for PC games. It watches your game (with your permission) to show tips, directions and answers on screen and by voice. It runs on Windows and Linux, and it needs an internet connection, because answers, game research and the voice come from our cloud service.

• It watches the screen you choose to share and sends screen frames to our cloud service, which uses AI models to answer. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is sent and where.
• It doesn't play for you. It never presses keys, moves the mouse or otherwise controls a game.
• It doesn't change your games. It doesn't read or change game memory, change game files or inject code into a game process. It reads some game save and settings files without changing them.
• It isn't meant to give you an advantage in competitive online play. It's built for single-player games, and we don't make guides for competitive multiplayer games.

3 Your account

• Age. You must be at least 13 to have an account. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you. Many games are rated for older players; an account doesn't change a game's age rating.
• Accurate details. Use an email address you read. We send receipts, notices and account messages there.
• Keep your sign-in safe. Don't share your password or licence key. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person per account. Plans are for one person. Pro gives one person three PCs, not three people.

4 Founder Access, plans and the free trial

After Founder Access, these are the plans. Prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.

Yearly billing ($149.99 and $399.99 a year) will be offered later; it isn't on sale yet.

Fair-use limits. The cloud features have daily limits per account, so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone. Normal play stays well inside them. If you reach one, it resets the next day.

5 Orders and payment

Paid plans aren't on sale yet. When they open, orders will be processed by our payment provider, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. It will handle payment, sales tax and VAT, receipts and returns, and its own buyer terms will apply to your purchase alongside these Terms. We'll name it on this page, and you'll see it at checkout, before anyone is charged.

• We never see your card number. Card details go only to the payment provider.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in force, until you cancel.
• Price changes. We'll email you at least 30 days before a price change affects you. It applies from your next renewal, never to a period you've already paid for.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider may try again. If it still can't be collected, your plan stops at the end of the period you've paid for.

6 Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time through the link in your receipt email, or by emailing support@overlordai.co. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. There is no cancellation fee.

A first payment can be refunded in full within 3 days. The Refund Policy has the details, and nothing in it reduces rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

7 Acceptable use

When you use Overlord AI, you agree not to:

• use it, or anything built on it, to automate gameplay or play a game for you;
• use it to gain an unfair advantage over other players in competitive online play, ranked matches, tournaments or leaderboards;
• use it in a way that breaks the rules of a game, store, platform or competition, or any law;
• share or resell your account or licence key, or get around the free trial, the device limits or the fair-use limits;
• copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
• attack, overload or interfere with our service, or access it by automated means other than the app;
• copy our game guides in bulk, republish them, or use them to build a competing product or train an AI model;
• send content through the app that is unlawful, harmful or not about games.

8 Game rules are your responsibility

You're responsible for following the terms of service, rules and codes of conduct of each game, store, platform and competition you use with Overlord AI. Some games, events or online modes forbid any outside help. Don't use Overlord AI there. Publishers and platforms make their own decisions about their accounts, and we can't make those decisions for them.

9 Games and trademarks

Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Overlord AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. We name games in plain text only to say which games our guides cover.

The app, our game guides, the Overlord AI name and our rooster mark belong to us. These Terms don't give you any rights in them beyond using the service as described here and in the EULA.

10 AI answers

Overlord AI's answers come from AI models reading your screen and from guides researched from public sources. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Treat them like advice from a strategy guide: the game itself is the final word.

11 Changes to the service

We improve Overlord AI all the time, so features, guides and voices may be added, changed or retired. Guides change when a game is patched. If we remove something important that you've paid for, we'll tell you by email first, and you can cancel. The service needs an internet connection, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

12 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the EULA, for example by sharing a licence key, getting around the trial, attacking the service or using Overlord AI to gain an unfair advantage in competitive online play. Where we can, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it.

You can stop using Overlord AI and cancel at any time. If we close a paid account for a reason that isn't your breach, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.

13 Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Overlord AI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We aren't responsible for decisions a game publisher or platform makes about your game account.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Overlord AI is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

14 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts.

Before starting anything formal, please email us at support@overlordai.co and tell us what went wrong. Most problems can be solved quickly that way.

15 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For a material change, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Overlord AI after that, you accept the new Terms; if you don't accept them, cancel before they take effect.
