Refund

If Overlord AI isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 3 days of your first payment and you'll get your money back in full. Paid plans aren't on sale yet; when they open, payments and refunds will be processed by our payment provider, our reseller and merchant of record.
1 The 3-day refund
For a new Subscription or Pro plan, you can get a full refund of your first payment if you ask within 3 days of it. After 3 days, a payment isn't refunded, except as section 2 or section 6 allows. You don't need to give a reason. When the refund is made, the plan ends and the app stops working for your account.
2 Renewals
Renewal payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires it, if you were charged by mistake, or if a serious problem on our side stopped you from using Overlord AI. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. We email you at least 30 days before any price change.
3 Free trial and Founder Access
The free trial and Founder Access (free until 15 November 2026) cost nothing and take no card, so there is nothing to refund.
4 How to ask
- From your receipt: use the refund or manage-order link in your receipt email.
- Or email us at support@overlordai.co with the email address you paid with. We reply within two business days and have the payment provider process the refund.
The money goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days. Please contact us before filing a chargeback, as it's usually faster.
We may refuse a refund where there's evidence of fraud or refund abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles.
5 Cancelling
Cancelling and refunds are separate. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. You can cancel at any time through the link in your receipt email or by emailing us. There is no cancellation fee.
6 Your legal rights
This policy adds to your rights; it doesn't replace them. If you're a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, and other countries give similar rights. Our payment provider handles these under its refund policy and buyer terms. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
